Once the design of a house is finalized and construction begins, changes are typically not permitted. However, with our approach, you can select materials and colors while visiting the site, experiencing the space firsthand, and visualizing the final outcome.

As an architectural design firm, Robecity offers you the flexibility to choose from our affiliated contractors for your property's construction. We can provide competitive quotes from several of these trusted partners. Rest assured, Robecity does not take any margins from our partner contractors, ensuring that your budget is fully invested in creating the best possible design. Alternatively, you are welcome to work with a contractor of your choice.

In compliance with national standards, we provide warranties for our properties equivalent to those offered by major homebuilders. Features such as insulation, earthquake resistance, functionality, and low-maintenance living come standard.

Majored in Architectural Design at the University of Shiga Prefecture.
From 2006 to 2018, gained extensive experience in architectural design through work with atelier design firms and design-focused construction companies. Influenced by international architecture in countries such as France, Spain, and Germany, he established Robecity First-Class Architect Office in 2018.
With over 200 completed projects, he has become a recognized architectural design influencer, amassing a total of more than 85,000 followers on Instagram.
Our CEO, Yasuda, was featured on TOKYO MX's “ROUTINE,” a special program where renowned navigator Reina Triendl interviews prominent business executives and distinguished professionals in a dialogue format. This terrestrial TV appearance highlighted Yasuda's expertise and growing influence in the field.

If you wish to have a meeting, we will arrange a convenient date for an in-person consultation.
The meeting will outline the workflow and finalize the details of your request.
Once the design contract is signed, we will begin creating the design for your ideal home.
Details, including the property’s floor plan and specifications, will be finalized.
After completing the design, we will request an estimate from a construction company. If necessary, we will adjust the design to align with your budget.
Construction of the property begins. During this phase, we make detailed adjustments and coordinate to ensure the realization of the ideal architecture.
Upon the completion of construction, the property will be handed over to the client. We also provide maintenance support and follow-up consultations to ensure your satisfaction.
